💧What is Float Therapy?💧

How Float Therapy Works?

Imagine yourself floating in a space that there is no gravity, no disturbance, no sounds (preferably)... recovering mentally & physically.

A hour of time, dedicated to you without notifications, people to handle or daily tasks... just to relax on tranquil water allows you to recover.

Float 12 Times Easier Than Ocean...

In the float-pods, the still water at your body temperature becomes unsensible while you are floating 12 times easier than ocean-water.

Allows to shut down you sensors and achieve complete relaxation.

Water inside of our float-pods is saturated with 500kgs of Epsom Salt to create an intensive float with the ergonomic shape of the float-pods that not allows unnecessary disturbance from outside.

Can I Benefit from Float Therapy?

Elderly Ladies to Olympic Athletes... Anyone who needs a step-back from the pace of life can achieve deep-relaxation with float therapy.

Beginning to Explore a New Degree to Relaxation

Your First Float Session?

Your floating experience starts as soon as you step in... Let us ask you if you prefer soothing music throughout or complete silence for sensory bliss to tailor your experience to your preferences for your 60 minute session.

Step into your own private room, complete with a refreshing shower and leave distractions behind as you prepare to embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation.

When you're ready...

...Step into Float

Open the door of the tank and kindly get in. In your very private room, adjust the door however you feel most comfortable, change ambient from inside of the pod to what best suits your soul.

And finally, when you hear the slow music starts let everything go and relax for an hour while water carry you effortlessly. Let your brain shut down.

Chill Out.

After you hear the music one more time, slowly come back from the intense state of relaxation...

Take a shower, dry your hair, make yourself ready to chill out room where you can sip your tea & cold water before you mingle to rest of the world.

⭐Some Reviews⭐

DO I NEED TO PREPARE IN ANY WAY?

We also suggest not to have any caffeinated drinks before your float as you may not be able to rest fully and it may be an idea to have a light meal 90 minutes before to prevent any rumbling noises from your stomach which may distract you.

We advise against shaving or waxing on the day of your float as the high salt content of the water can be slightly irritating to the skin. We provide Vaseline in every room for people to cover any small cuts and grazes, as they may sting.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING FOR THE FLOAT SESSION?

You have your own private pod room equipped with your own personal shower, which you’ll use before and after your float.

We supply towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with earplugs for the float.

We recommend that you wear nothing in the tank as swimming costumes/ shorts press against the body and take away from the experience, however go with what makes you comfortable.

For after we have provided hairdryers; hair straighteners; and you can have a complimentary herbal tea in the chill out room to continue your relaxation if you wish.

CAN I FLOAT IF I'M PREGNANT?

Floating is absolutely fine if you're pregnant. The float tank can relieve this pressure by creating a buoyant environment where you can escape many of the discomforts of pregnancy and some women find that they can connect with their baby by feeling movements due to the quiet environment.

CAN I FLOAT IF I'M MENSTRUATING?

Absolutely, in fact floating can greatly assist with any associated aches and pains due to the Magnesium and Epsom Salts. For hygiene reasons please follow the same process as you would for swimming, i.e wear sanitary products such as tampons or menstrual cups to ensure no leakage during the float.

WHAT IF I'M CLAUSTROPHOBIC?

The majority of people who have claustrophobia have reported no problems. You are in complete control of your environment so you can choose to float with the door of the tank open and with the interior light on if it makes you more comfortable, but you may find that once you’re in the water and starting to relax you close the door and turn the light off.

HOW ARE THE PODS KEPT CLEAN?

We have always been fastidious about our cleaning from opening our doors on day one. Between each float we aerosol the inside & outer shell of the pods, benches and shower cubicles inside & out, with a hydrogen peroxide solution of 35%. We also treat the water with the same solution of H2o2 of 35% to clean the pods completely between each visitor.

The floors and handles throughout the centre are cleaned with a chlorine solution between each visit. In addition, floaters are asked to shower before and after their session.

WHO SHOULDN'T FLOAT?

Generally if you're:

-not confident of being able to get out of the pod due to lack of personal mobility.

-under 18 years old.

-severely sun burnt or have just had a fresh tattoo within the past week

-recently dyed your hair and the water is not running clean.
